What is the daily schedule?
Band Dynamics Rock To Your Potential hours are from 8:30a to 4p Monday thru Friday.
Do you have before and after camp care?
Drop off is available as early as 8a at no extra charge. After camp care until 5:30 pm is available for $10 per day or $40 for the week if paid in advance.
Does your program have more than summer camp available?
Yes. We offer group lessons, private lessons, band production and clinics year round. Call us for more details.
What is Band Dynamics’ cancellation policy?
Cancellations made via written notice are fully refundable until February 1st, 2012. Cancellations made between February 2nd, 2012 and May 1st, 2012 will be refunded at 50% tuition costs. There will be no refunds for canceling after May 1st, 2012. Schedules are subject to change.
Who makes up the staff?
Our staff are well trained musicians that have years of music instruction on their belt. Check out

The ratio of students to faculty will always stay at or below 5:1
Is the faculty screened?
Yes, all teachers, counselors, assistants, and camp staff are required to complete a full disclosure application and all are fully investigated and background checked before they are invited to be part of the Band Dynamics team.
Where are the camp facilities?
Band Dynamics Rock To Your Potential Summer Camp is located at the Band Dynamics main studios at 5366 South Bannock St in Littleton, Colorado. It’s main intersection is Broadway and Belleview.
How much are t-shirts and where can I buy them?
T-shirts for 2012 are $15 and can be purchased at our merchandise website. Your musician will receive one with their registration.
Does my child have to be proficient on his or her instrument?
No, Band Dynamics has programs for all levels of ability from beginners through advanced players. We ask that all students have at least 6 months experience on their primary instrument prior to attending camp. At the very minimum, young musicians should have basic instrument knowledge.

What if my child has never played in a band?
That’s fantastic! Band Dynamics provides the perfect environment necessary to ensure every camper gets the best rock band experience. Camp staff makes sure all the musicians are grouped in bands according to their level of knowledge so everyone has the best experience possible.
Who will be in my child’s band?
All musicians are grouped according to their ability.
Does my child need to provide his/her own instrument?
Guitarists and bassists need to bring their own instruments. Drummers will be provided with practice drums for drum instruction sessions and drum kits will be provided for band practice and performances. Keyboards will be provided and vocalists only need to bring themselves. Band Dynamics will provide the guitar and bass amps as well as mics and a PA system.
How are songs selected?
Band Dynamics pre-selects a list of songs and then groups them based on how challenging they are to play. Each band will get a list to choose from based on their musical ability. Everyone will be playing rock and roll by the end of the week!
How can we get a copy of the Friday night band performance?
Band Dynamics will make a DVD of the entire performance. Order forms deadline is Friday at parent pick up.
What does the enrollment include?
The enrollment includes all instruction, clinics, recreation, supplies and a t-shirt for the musician. For an additional fee DVDs, tee shirts, and an after-camp program are available.
What are the safety precautions?
Band Dynamics is always dedicated to providing a safe, creative, supportive, and fun environment for all who attend. We strictly enforces a drug-free atmosphere and lifestyle. Campers are expected to follow the camp’s prescribed rules of conduct. We have a zero tolerance policy; any camper who violates the rules will be dismissed immediately and will not be allowed any type of refund.
What is Band Dynamics’ policy on discipline?
Band Dynamics has a zero tolerance policy and respect is absolutely paramount. All campers are provided with the camp’s guidelines and the parent or guardian must sign the document prior to the camper participating in any camp activities. Campers are expected to adhere to the guidelines. Any camper who does not adhere will be required to leave and will not be allowed any type of refund.
What if my child is already a member of a band?
Sweet! We encourage participation by the entire band so everyone can enjoy the experience together. If not all members are able to attend other campers will fill in for non-attending band members.
In the event of an emergency, who do we contact?
Prior to camp, all parents and campers will be provided with on-location contact numbers for the camp director.
Does my child have to bring his or her own lunch?
Yes, campers are required to bring their own sack lunches.
Is my child too old / young?
Our camp is geared towards musicians from 11 to 18 years old. If your musician is 10 years old and already really good at their instrument, call us and we’ll inquire on a case-by-case basis.
